How do I get paid?
We pay our employees every Friday and our work week ends on Sundays.
Your first check from us (weekending February 21st) if not picked up in our Danville office was dropped in the mail at the end of the day.

The moment we have your direct deposit information we can get that process started for you so your money can go direct into your account. We apologize that we cannot transfer that feature right over however we aim to get it done as quickly as we can! (please find that form on the left for download and fax back at your earliest convenience)

If you can return the completed form on Monday by 3pm, we can try to get it in place for your next check. In some situations, it may take longer depending upon the bank we are depositing to.

We will also have cashcards available in 2-3 weeks. Our goal is to get you your paychecks the fastest way possible.

If for any reason you are late, sick, absent or just need to communicate any information about your current assignment, don't hesitate to call us directly.

We don't believe in making you wait so you will always deal with a live person - if by chance you are calling after hours and need to leave message on our voicemail, rest assured that you will get a callback by the next morning.

What happens to my benefits and the hours I worked?
We know people work hard to reach their hours needed to be paid for holidays and longevity - and YES we do also have those benefits - for those of you who have worked 340 hours or more we will give you an automatic bank of 200 hours towards your holiday pay.

You will be getting a handbook that will answer your other questions - we honor the same holidays paid as your prior staffing company so nothing will change there.

Medical and Dental Insurance - Do you offer it?
Yes we do - we have a voluntary plan - you can get details from our office.

Referrals - Do I still get paid if I send them to you?
YES you do once an employee gets referred by you and completes 80 hours of work, you will receive a referral bonus!

Is anyone going to talk to me live?
YES! We are going to call each and every one of you to make sure that we understand what you need from our team and how we can best support you in your role. Our first contact may be via email just to make sure that you immediately have all the info you need - we will be sending out handbooks prior to March 12th as well. If you would like that sooner don't hesitate to ask!
